24-Hour Massage Business Policies

Booking & Scheduling

This is a 24-hour massage service.
Mobile appointments must be booked at least 6 hours in advance.
Appointments requested for immediate or same-day service (less than 6 hours’ notice) are subject to a “Right Now” fee.
All appointments are first come, first served once the deposit is received.

Deposits

A deposit is required to secure all appointments.
Appointments are NOT confirmed without a deposit.
Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances.
Deposits are not an extra charge — they go toward the total service price.

Cancellations, No-Shows & Rescheduling

No call / No show clients must rebook and submit a new deposit.
Rescheduling is allowed ONE time only.
If the rescheduled appointment is missed again, the appointment must be rebooked and the original deposit will NOT be refunded or transferred.
Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to avoid affecting other clients.

Travel Policy

No travel fee for clients located 10 minutes or less from the therapist.
A travel fee starts at $15 for locations beyond 10 minutes.
Travel fees increase based on distance and will be discussed before booking.

Professional Boundaries

This is a professional massage service only.
NO sexual advances, requests, comments, gestures, or favors.
NO “happy endings.”
Any inappropriate behavior will result in the session ending immediately with no refund.

Client Conduct & Safety

The therapist reserves the right to refuse or end a session at any time if they feel unsafe or disrespected.
Clients must provide a safe, clean, and respectful environment for in-home services.
Intoxicated or aggressive clients will not be serviced.

Payment

Remaining balance is due at the start of the session unless otherwise stated.
Accepted payment methods must be confirmed prior to the appointment.

Agreement

Booking an appointment means you agree to all policies listed above.
These policies are in place to protect both the client and the therapist and ensure quality service.
